Ik heb het gevoel dat niks me nog raakt. Alles loopt van me af. Ik kan nog blij worden maar dat is een gevoel dat niet blijvend is, altijd ga ik terug naar dat lege. Is dit normaal? Help me

Het is niet abnormaal dat je je ook slecht voelt, alles is in balans. Yin en Yang, weet je wel? Ikzelf heb er ook heeeeeel lang mee geworsteld, maar eens ik door had dat voor elke lach ik ook een traan moest laten, kon ik mijn slecht gevoel al beter accepteren. Ik kan je dus aanraden van dat slechte lege gevoel te laten bestaan, dat echtte voelen die pijn, wenen, schreeuwen, whatever wat nodig is. Het omarmen en ermee leren leven. Dan ga je eraan gewoon worden, is het niet meer zo eng, en dan apprecieer je ook des te meer de blije momenten!
